Brazils Population
According to worldpopulation.com the population for 2010 in Brazil was 190,732,697 people. It is stated that the Instituto Brasilerio DE Geografia ran a census review in 2011 and the population was believed to have been 192,376,496 people and predicted to have been 194,020,298 in 2012. The largest city in Brazil as well as the largest city in the southern hemisphere is Sao Paulo which currently have a population of 11,316,149 people. It was also indicated that the major city Rio DE Janeiro has a population of 11.836 million people, Belo Horizonte has a population of 5.736 million people, Porto Alegre has a population of 4.034 million people and Brasilia(Capital) Have an population of 3.789 million people.(2009)

The total fertility rate of Brazil has tremendously decreased to 1.83 children born/woman(2012)

According to populationpyramid.net in (Figure 1) above 0.5% more females than males.
In the year of 1950 the population of Brazil was at a total of 53,820,000 people. (Figure 1)The life expectancy ranged from ages 0-79. There was a total of 0.5% more females than males. The male and female population for ages 0-19 was males 25.9% and females 25.8%. The male and female population for ages 20-49 was males 18.8% and females 18.9%. The male and female population tally for ages 50-79 was males 4.9% and females 5.4%. There was an increase in the population of Brazil from 1950-2010. As you can see in 2010 the population of Brazil was an total of 194,948,000 people.(Figure 2 Below)The life expectancy of the population increased from 0-79 years to 0-94 years. One can assume as the life expectancy increased the population increased.The male and female population tally for ages 0-19 was males 17.3% and females 16.7%. The population tally for ages 20-49 was males 22.8% and females 23.4%. The population tally for ages 50-79 was males at 8.4% and females 9.8%. The population tally for ages 80-94 was males at 0.6% and females 0.9%. There were more females than males in Brazil in the year of 2010. Also in 2010 there were more females than males, the total male population was 49.1% and the total female population was 50.8% leaving 1.7% more females than males. Climate Map and Zones
One of the reasons Europeans settled in Brazil was for the climate. Brazil have a humid tropical to subtropical climate.Orange is the Amazon basin with agreeable temperatures but rainy. Green is the Northeastern Coast lands with an all year around travel climate pattern. Rio DE Jarneiro and Sao Paulo have a hybrid pattern. Yellow is the South State Regions with four season climate patterns and Brown represents the Inland plateau with dry and extreme temperatures.
Indigenous People
Survivalinternational.org states that there are around 896,000 Indians in Brazil and over 238 tribes. Tribe size range from the Guarani which have tens of thousands of people to a tribe such as Kanoe which only have a few dozen. Natives live in a wide range of environments from tropical forest, grasslands, scrub forest and semi desserts. The first contact with Europeans for the Guarani tribe was about 500 years ago when the Europeans explored Brazil. About 50 tribes haven't made contact with the whites. Most tribes live by hunting, gathering, and by growing plants for food and for medicine. The tribal people have lost a lot of their land and have experienced genocide. Today their land is being overtaken by industrial projects, miners and settlers and a lot of the indigenous people are being killed by disease and starvation.
